Customer Success Manager

Ramat Gan is seeking a tech savvy Customer Success Manager who will provide outstanding service and support to our local and global clients.


  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand and support their needs
  • Assess the technical environment and requirements of the customers, including implementation and training
  • Work closely with new and existing customers to ensure their success and satisfaction


  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or other related role
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
