Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at over.ai, you will work directly with clients that are looking for an AI solution to facilitate customer interactions. over.ai’s customer success team supports clients in all stages, from idea and development to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Design: As a CSM, communication with the customer is key – you will need to use your excellent verbal skills to specifically define the problem, and come up with solutions using over.ai’s innovative artificial intelligence tools.
  • Deploy: Alongside maintaining a strong line of communication with customers, you will also work directly on over.ai’s developers platform to create the required solution. You will need to get into the mind of our customers and their end-customers and build virtual agents from the ground up. You will structure a net of sentences that will deliver users the right responses as accurately as possible. No previous coding knowledge is needed.
  • Support: Once the solution you designed and created is live, you will support and maintain it across its life cycle. You will need to have an observant eye and track live interactions with your virtual agent in order to fix issues and improve its total behavior. You’ll be responsible for gauging customers levels of engagement with the service and providing insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of over.ai.

Requirements

  • Hebrew as mother tongue, with very strong English
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Technical orientation
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Willingness to learn and evolve in the highly growing Chatbot ecosystem
  • This position is full time
