Customer Success Manager
Over.ai is seeking a tech savvy Customer Success Manager who will provide outstanding service and support to our local and global clients.
- Build strong relationships with our clients to understand and support their needs
- Assess the technical environment and requirements of the customers, including implementation and training
- Work closely with new and existing customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or other related role
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
